Coming Home to Yourself Group
Coming Home to Yourself Group
It’s a habit we start young. Kids often blame themselves for what happens in their environment: “Mom is lashing out at me? It must be because I did something wrong.”
As kids, we can only see things in a black-and-white, self-oriented way. And when we’re under stress as adults, we can revert to that same childlike thinking: “Things are scary or upsetting in my world, so I must be falling short somehow.”
Another reason we turn on ourselves is that we’re often the only "thing" we feel we can control.
Do you remember how many people started fitness journeys when Covid hit? For many, personal fitness was one of the few areas that still felt manageable.
Over time, this pattern wears us down. We stop feeling confident, lose our spark, and start hiding who we are.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way. When we begin to meet ourselves with compassion, everything shifts. Resilience grows, our energy lightens, and we feel more like ourselves again.
That’s why I created this group: a space for sensitives to gather, soften perfectionism, and come home to themselves.
Who this group is for:
If you often find yourself being hard on yourself when life gets overwhelming…
If you long for rest but end up pushing through instead…
If you hide parts of yourself out of fear you’re “too much” or “not enough”…
If you crave the relief of being with others who truly get you…
…then you belong here.
Each session will create space to notice, reflect, and experiment with new ways of being. Together we’ll look at how subtle perfectionism sneaks in, what it feels like to live more authentically (and mask less), and how to find rest for our nervous systems in the middle of busy lives.
We’ll also explore what it means to choose ourselves, even when it feels risky. And perhaps most importantly, we’ll experience the power of being in a circle of sensitives who get it: the deep relief of being seen, understood, and safe to be yourself.
What we'll explore together
The Structure
The Structure
The first step is a short, casual conversation with me, to get a feel for whether the group is right for you.
What you'll leave with:
My hope is that by the end of our 4 months together, you’ll notice a softer inner voice, more resilience when stress arises, and fresh ways to care for your nervous system.
You’ll leave with renewed hope for your future, and the comfort of knowing you’re not alone because of the other soulful sensitives who've walked alongside you in this group.
“I feel so seen, heard, and safe with her, especially as an HSP, intuitive, and entrepreneur.” – Liz
“Brooke's warmth, support, honesty, and encouragement was all helpful, relevant, and much more in-depth than anything you can just find online on your own. Her joy and own experiences enhanced an otherwise personal and sometimes challenging journey.” – Annalissa
“Step by step, I was able to learn, process, and choose what I want my future to look like.” – Lisa Marie
I'm Brooke Nielsen Yang, a licensed therapist and coach who has spent nearly 20 years supporting highly sensitive people and other deep feelers. I specialize in trauma-informed, HSP-centered work that helps people move from self-criticism into a more authentic, grounded way of living.
As a sensitive myself, I understand how painful it can feel to move through the world with such a finely tuned nervous system. I also know how powerful it is when we learn to honor our sensitivity rather than fight against it.
My deepest joy is creating safe, warm spaces where sensitives can soften, connect with each other, and remember that nothing is “wrong” with them. In this group, I'll guide the process with both structure and warmth, so you can feel safe to explore and be yourself.
